I worked part-time at Sainsbury's from August 2013 to January 2016 as a Customer Service Assistant. I was the face of well-known supermarket and displaying high levels of customer service to maintain a strong company reputation. Whilst working in different environments (inside and outside the store) providing help in a friendly manner to customers where possible. As well as being adaptable in different roles whilst being friendly and polite when customers need help.
During my first year at university I had the opportunity to work at Vision Support Trading as a temporary Data Entry Clerk. Which involved entering data into a database quickly and accurately to meet pre-determined targets. Formatting data to make it accessible to customers with impaired vision. Working in a competitive environment where employees compete for the highest productivity level.
Education
St.Wilfrids High School
2006-2011 - I studied GCSEs at St.Wilfrids C of E High School in Blackburn and achieved an A in Mathematics and English Literature, B's in English Language, Business Studies and Science as well as a Distinction grade in OCR Information Technology.
Runshaw College
2011-2013 - I then went onto study A-Levels at Runshaw College where I achieved a B grade in Information Technology and a C grade in Physical Education.
Chester University
2013-2016 - Finally I am currently studying Information Systems Management at Chester University and graduated with a 2.2 Bsc (Hons) Degree.
